Online: Only two character posters are available currently, Maya and Lumia. You get them by S-ranking the two trials in episode 3 chapter 1 of online story mode.

Offline: I don't think you can get them at all offline. There isn't anywhere to put them anyway, since you can't remodel your room to the AotI format.

S-ranking them on A rank right? Just want to make sure that I can't do it on B and save myself some trouble killing things for a long time.
