hmmm good question im not really sure though if your starting at lvl 1 but my guess would probably be cast but you can buy slots to increase atp later on (you probably knew that already lol) i dont have many female characters though my hunter is a male beast

If you're going by pure base stats, Female CAST's have better ATP. After that it all depends on your class.

i just got a little bored with my female CAST, lvl85, then bored with my male human lvl70, neither of them are even that high but still...
