Question about a few weapons???

I'm a lv 70 acrofighter... My main saber is a crimson. I was wondering where i can find a blackheart, since I think that is only stronger saber at the moment? Also,which is better a single or double claws?Take into to account the photon arts please

On True Darkness S2 or SEED Awakened S2, from the boss box (Good luck with that)

And for your second question, go with what you prefer, I personally prefer Twin Claws to Single claws at least until the AoI Frag PA's are out. AoI Frag PA for single claws one is greatness.

Blackhearts are supposed to drop easily in the ep3 single player, idk what chapter though.
