Te / Tech PP Save.... To speed up PP regenerate get the Te / PP Regenerate.... I don't know what weapons regenerate the fastest but the strongest wands right now are high grind serdotes i love those things they don't have as much pp as yohmei wands but wow are they strong and then the strongest rod of course is the psycho wand

I don't think the Te/PP regenerate is worth it. 2 pp extra per tick? That's practically nothing compared to the tech spaming.

If you want to level your tech faster, buy a bunch of lower level madoog and spam them.

If you want damage to PP efficiency, then... I am not sure O.o Kubara weapon got highest regen rate + highest max PP, but the damage were crap. While GRM has the same regen with yohmei, but more power and less max pp.

Wand + Madoog > Rod for Regen, Speed and versatility. And damage for simple/ra/gi spells. Rod fix is supposed to be coming though.

i do know my Gao rod regens 3 pp a tick, http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif my magical wand does 10 a tick with the pp regen and my Sato (never was, is or will be referenced as shato by me) gets 8 a tick i believe
