That's a good question. It just ended today on the Japanese servers, so I would've guessed we'd have already gotten it by now. Hopefully we won't miss out on it again this year.

Not this one (http://phantasystaruniverse.jp/news/wis/?mode=view&id=534#lobby). (Second one down, of course, since we've already had our autumn lobby.) The lobby is supposed to be one of those in-game historical anniversary thingers, like the Tripartite Treaty anniversary on Parum earlier this year. The Moatoob event honors beasts' ancestors.

I'm pretty sure we had that lobby, I remember the big wood structures.... maybe we had it during Beast Bonfire or Firebreak? I know we had it though >_>
