Question About Al Tippies

i was wondernin do they freeze i seen somethin on the jap wiki that said somethin about lvl 2 or 3 freeze so can somebody confirm??

I have the single al tippy dagger and it freezes alot so I'd have to say Lv3 freeze. I froze Jarba for cryin out loud!

Not just adorable but useful too? It's odd that something that is 1 or 2 % elemental would have level 3 freeze, but I guess they aren't connected.
