How to do all those cool pics? do you draw them than do that photo pro shop?

There's two that I know of (kinda)

1. Draw the picture, ink it, and use a scanner to put on computer. Then, use any graphic program (from MSPAINT to those art gimps to photoshop to paintshop pro to painter to etc etc list is endless) to colour it. Generally, you have to clean up the image first due to the scanning procedures.

2. Use a mouse or tablet, and draw the image onto computer. With this method, you won't have to clean up the picture of grey noise, but you'd still have to deal with making the lines appear smooth. Again, same with colour programs.

A method I use when colouring is to use layers (they're in photoshop, though I'm not sure of the others), set to multiple, so the colours can overlay on top of each other.
