As stated above, I've made a Fuma-Hiken that's 34 percent Ice-elemental, with a 10/10 grounded rate.
If you are willing to purchase, just go to my room and buy it. If you want to trade something in particular (I REALLY want a gekitsnatac with decent (~ 20 percent or more) elemental for example) you can also either short mail me or answer here for the trade offers. If you have suggestions for the price, I'm willing to hear reasonable offers as well.
Edit: Silly me, I forgot to tell you which shop it is under. My player shop is the same as my PSO-world title: Deiser. Just search for that and you'll find me (though despite what my description says for the shop, I need to restock on photons >.<)
Edit 2: It's now a 10/10 grinded weapon!
