View Full Version : Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Alright, for a while I've been curious of this and I can't tell whether or not it's something with my computer, or if it's PSU itself ...

However, for me, light-elemental melee weapons do not leave white motion blurs when doing normal attacks; they're black.

Is this an issue with my computer or do other people get this as well?

When I take notice, this is normal. I think it's just with how our eyes registers the movement, really don't know without doing it frame by frame to really tell.

I've noticed, but I lean more towards "it was intentionally done" than "it's a mistake."

From what I've noticed since v.1, I think some if not all of my light weapons do leave a black/grey trail when I swing them. I think it's normal.

Is your post effects on or off?

If they're off then you'll see that the trail of a weapon matches its core color, so for light...thats...Dark Grey http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

The trail is still grey with post effects on.

I wouldn't sweat it too much. You could just say you have rare weapons.

Yes there is. Infact Macross (or was it someone else?) was just saying how cool the black tails looked yesterday.

I definitely see them, and I think they look cool.

Ah, okay, so this is normal with PSU and not a video card quirk or something.

And yeah, I do have post effects on. It just always stumped me why light-ele melee weapons don't have a trail the same color as their blades like the other weapons.

Yeah, I get these as well and I'm at super low PC settings http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif I never actually paid attention to them though. I'm usually too busy getting slapped by Vahara to notice. *gets slapped by a vahara* http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
