Drops from LVL 100+ Badira. You can try the player shops, but prepare tot ake a chunk out of your wallet.

Too bad my human fighgunner can't equip a stormline armor.

I'm pretty sure it's fortegunner only.

Any ranger class, im a acrotecher and i can use it.

At the beginning of AoI, Stormline was changed from a Fortegunner only armor to a ranger-type only armor.

If you're talking about Castest Line, no it doesn't drop from that mission. It became available after the AMF Hive mission was released as it was a boss box drop from Mother Brain. Also the database is missing info on that armor, it adds 3 stamina but the info in the database omits that.
