Hey what card are you using to capture? I notice that same little interlacing problem when things are in motion with my AverTV Stuido card's default software.

I have the same capture card as you. I just happened to take a picture at the instant the video came out of sync for a moment.

My capture card did that too (the line thing), the few times I used it to do PSO screencaps. It's a piece-of-junk Hauppage WinTV Go PCI. (I hardly ever use it, since it crashes my comp so much.)
