Ok people overprice it way to much so where can i find them?

People are saying that one of the HIVE missions drops it quite frequently, others say any RELICS mission drops it.

If you fail an A-rank Striking weapon, you have a chance of getting Catilium out of it.

I've had some pretty decent luck going through the RELICS (Sleeping Warriors) for Catilium. I was getting 1 every 3 runs or so. If I had more patience I would have run it a lot more than I have been.

I've been running it on S2 (level 75 req.) with my Fortegunner. It's not too bad other than Block 4.

Damit im only lvl 42 was lvl 63 but sis accidently erased >.> might as well just buy for those high prices >.>

Try various relics sites, switch off every few runs if you can. Hope some synths fail and give Catilium back too ;o

Most lazy boring effective way = Holy Ground S2 at neudaiz relic. Go in and get the map with 8 boxes in the begining, they will usually drop Stelnium but some times Catilium. After that, abandon mission and redo again. No fighting required (aside blowing up boxes).

Grab a dark spear for majjara, virus traps, and beast NPC for tanking and it goes pretty fast.
