Storm Line...The database doesnt have this info anymore...I have 100 strike pm...and with the 15% bonus and all...i wanted to know what the storm line's base % of working is before i go ahead and all.

Nvm u may close this...got a friend with pure armor pm so its 91% =D only 4 hours to go...im also making it lightning. i have a ground stormline so lightning seems like a good choice.
