Any idea how long it was before JP got that mission?

They got this mission a little over three weeks ago. It was in their November 22 update.

Yeah, if we go by the Japanese schedule, we've got at least a month or so before we'll see it, assuming that our next update introduces Habirao F.D., followed up by GBR and then One's Recovery in the one after that. SEGA might throw us a curve ball, though, just to mix things up a bit.
