Hi... I was wondering... for A-Rank Story Mode...

This is the first I've heard of this...

I knew you could win posters by beating the Episode 3 story mode missions with an S Rank on either B or A difficulty... but frags? And ten at that?

I guess it does seem plausible when considering the conditions of getting an S Rank on A...

That's how it works. You receive 10 PA frags for S ranking a story mode mission on A. So for each episode you can earn 20 PA fragments (10 for parts one and tworespectively). You can only collect on the reward once per character.
