Episodes guide?

Coming back to PSU after a hiatus. I'm a bit confused on how the "episodes" are ordered on PSU.

Here's how I understand it:

Episode 1: PSU offline Ethan Waber story
Episode 2: PSU offline Extra Mode/PSU online missions
Episode 3: AOTI offline/Online missions

Am I close at all?

From what I gather, you can't play episode 1 after installing AOTI as they are seperate games. Can you still play episode 2 after installing AOTI?

Episode 1 IS Story Mode Featuring Ethan Waber.
Episode 2 is AotI Offline, and the Episode 2 missions online.(The exact same excpet offlline AotI has a couple of new cutscences)
Episode 3 is online for AotI users only.

What about the moving comics series, where do those fit in the storyline?

All execpt the last one fit right before Episode 2. The last one, and a bit of the one before it take place in the last chapter of Eppisode 2.
