Killed Falz with what!?!

Okay just trying to figure out the range of my stupidity I really run around in this game with. I've now to date killed Dark Falz five times. Once offline in both Hard and Very Hard. Online it's been once Hard, twice Very Hard. Here's the catch.... After the spinny, pointy, dilly hops, I've only used just my Varista each and every time! BUT SERIOUSLY, who out there also kills this boss with a VARISTA!!! OR any other stupid, commom, uncommon weapon that normally people laugh at. I'll say this, till I find something better, it gets the job done.

I don't know... I don't see any problem. I killed Ultimate Falz using a simple Charge Repeater +9 (five or six stars, maybe?).

Also Falz laughed at first. Then it died pretty good. Bwuahahah. 1-0 for me, sucka. >_>;;;

i use my varista on Ult falz and ult Flow. its 40% dark and the only weapon with range to hit Falz last form and Flows first form. and my 50% hit vulcans too when they are close enough, and im level 130 and killed him way too many times http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I like to go Toe-to-Toe with Falz/Flow. With my trusty Yamatos+60 [20/0/0/10] Or my Dragon Slayer [20/0/0/10/15]. I don't like guns.

but how do you go melee on falz last form? where he spends 80% of the time on the center of the screen, where you can reach him?

unless i'm VERY VERY wrong, or something changed in the new vers (i only have ver1 for dc), you can only hit him close when he's either attacking you or about to (when you usually attack him with foie or something), right?

I don't see a problem with it. I do the same thing myself with either a varista or a bravace. Seems to get the job done...and quickly too.

I use any kind of draw/drain/fill/gush gun when fighting Falz and olga, they keep your hp in check and can hurt Falz in his 3rd form even when he's flashing.

Haha get used to it. That Varista will be your best friend in many boss fights to come.

My 35%hit Custom Ray, 50%hit Gatlings and Holy Ray are like my babies.

I use the living daylights out of my Varista in boss fights as well.

... Back in v1, the varista was THE top handgun to use for Falz battles, because it was extremely easy to find one with at least 50% ruins... o_O

If I remember correctly, the one in PSO V1 and V2 for DC just looked like a handgun....

i dont use weapons but maybe thats just because im a FOmar and i use my techs on him and get fater casting rate without weapons

I use the Varista too... Lvl 89 with Oedi.

Working on a Ramarl... lvl 37 and using the Varista for Falz as well (until I find something better... if that even happens).

Been looking around for ya and haven't seen you online, have your times changed?

varista is not a very good wep for my FOmar attack power and accuracy are not his best attributes...I use random techniques on the first form...the second form, grants...it does about 400-500 each grants I cast...the last form is my greatest advantage because I constsantly use foie...works very well, I do 300 damage each time and lvl 30 foie goes really fast...it even gets Falz when he's invulnerable...on my lvl. 51 HUcast, I get a Cross Scar and a meteor cudgel...I was overjoyed when he could stay alive on grants at very hard falz...it's the slash that constantly kills me http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_dead.gif...guess I better get improved 4-slot armor...I have a 1-slot electro frame...but i'm not going to use it anytime soon http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_bash.gif http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_argh.gif

I used a buster +3 on him. But this was only in Normal mode and i was lvl 29. Im 31 in Hard now, but the buster is still my best weapon.

you need to find some rare sabers like dbs saber, kaladbolg, or durandel. those are fun

If I remember, I once killed Falz's last form with a Geist Vulcan.
