GC: Broadband Adapter PPPoE setting

If anyone here has who uses PPPoE with their Broadband adapter for the gamecube could you tell me how you found your info. Because I have Verizon DSL I need to find the user ID, Password, Primary DNS, Secondary Dns, Proxy Server Address, (if verizon uses one), Proxy Port Number (if verzion also have it)

Your user ID and password are the same ones which you use on your computer to log-in to your account. You should not need the DNS or proxy information.
