A few questions about returning to PSU360

I was originally playing back when PSU had first come out, but I didn't really make it too far. I quit in February-ish(I think) and I had a 25-ish Beast. Mostly I'm wondering if he'd still be around for me to pick back up, or if I'd have to start over again. I really don't want to play through those beginning missions again. I quite disliked them.

Another thing was, I heard something about old PSO levels being in PSU now. Would anyone care to tell me about them? Do you need to be a certain level to access them?

I must say, I'm quite impressed by the mega lag post. It was amazing. haha

So you think if I still have my old PSU data, my character might still be around? But aren't they all server side saves?

i just returned sunday after maybe 9 months, all my data, singleplayer and network mode, were still there.
