PM question

Ok i'm leveling my PM up and I just leveled her to 81. Since my striking is 65 doesn't that mean that my success rate for synthisising blade weapons goes up?? If it does then if I get my striking high to level 80, which I think is the highest level I can get it up to the way i'm feeding her. Can I make it so the success of S-rank blade weapons is 100% or is the success of all S-rank weapons already 100%?? Oh and why do you have to make S-rank weapons online when you can buy some of them offline??

I only know that some S-ranks can only reach 100% with a 100 Pure Striking PM, combined with the current 1up bonus.
The reason we have to make S-ranks is something about it be a bigger sense of accomplishment for finding it, rather than just collecting obscene amounts of money, or some crap like that.

Entirely different meta-games. Offline, everything can be handed to you on a silver platter. Online, it's harder to get and do everything. That, my friend, is a little term the video game industry likes to call "Replay Value".

I used to have a 80-20 strike pm before I restarted mine, 10* weapons used to be an 81% (apposed to an 85%) in my bot. This was before the expansion though, so if they have raised the synth chance of weps then you should be close to 100. If not, then you'll have around a 96% chance.

Feed her a PM-zero if you really want a pure 100 PM. (I did that a few months ago.......)

Kubara 10 stars slicer by a strike 100 PM is 76%
10 stars weapons by the same PM is 81%
Crea doubles (Kubara 10 stars double saber) is 91%
