What are PA frags for and what level do I have to be to start getting them?? Oh and where can I get them also??

PA frags are used to buy New PAs from the Gaurdians Branches (ie. Bullets from Parum branch, Skills from Moatoob Branch, TECHs from Neudaiz branch). You get them from getting an S rank on an S or S2 run. The lowest level you can start getting them on is 35 for doing the first linear line mission on S.
