question about daggers of serafi

We don't know for sure if they drop them yet. But the best place for rappies would be one of the co-op missions with them. Only one i can think of right now is Rouge's Shortcut on Moatoob.

WTF did they change rare spawns or something? Rouge's Shortcut does not have rappies to my knowledge.

Some people will say unsafe passage s/s2 is good but I don't think so. Dancing Bird S and 2 out of the 3 rare spawns for Rainbow Beast S2 is what I'll be doing for rappies.

Cost of Research has rappies, The Eastern Peril has rappies. You are the only person I have ever seen said Rogue's has rappies.


So how many rappies appear in Rogue's and do you know the spawns? This would be helpfull info to all of us since the rare spawn for this mission isn't posted anywhere.

Hmm...that's odd. the spawns were posted on PSUpedia before. And i guess i forgot about CoR. Eastern Peril isn't a co-op, is it?.

Hmm maybe Rogue's was one of those missions that had their spawns changed awhile ago but no one plays it enough to notice. Ep is a co-op since it has it in its description somewhere I think and it has multiple player switches for a door.

easter drops the halp serafi, i dont think there is a one in a million chance these will drop in easter XD

We need to sticky this. There's no proof whatsoever that Rappy Noels drop them. It's just some BS rumor started because someone seemed to feel that should drop from them because of their Feather of Serafi drop.


As for rare spawns, most of the illuminus have much higher chances of rare enemies showing up, akin to that of the older co-op missions. I've seen 4 rappy spawns in one day (with 3 in a row) in Scared Planet before as a testament to that. Dancing Birds is the Illuminus mission that doesn't seem to have high rare spawns. At least I have never seen a single rare spawn there and neither has anyone I know, despite all of us spamming it quite a bit for awhile.

Unsafe Passage is faster, but 2 out of the 3 map varients at Rainbow Beast gives 5 Rappys iirc.

I never found rappys ever in 500 hrs of this game.Than with the release of the expansion i find rappys on scarred planet like there goin outta style.I dont even know the map variant or look for them.Its like there everywhere.Within a week i got 17 rappy feathers only from scarred planet and never looked for rappys once.

Well id say hunting it at unsafe passage b/c its one of the easiest missions out and it is pretty short if you know what your doing. Also rouges shortcut has rappies ive seen them before, although only 2 rappies appear.

it does drop from rappy noels from what i read on a translated site awhile back. but does anyone know the map pattern for scarred planet or the new missions coming out. i cant find anywhere with the rare map layouts for these. i could be wrong about the daggers but im sure they will they cant really drop from anything else

I dont know the pattern for it.But just spend a day spamming it.You will find plenty of rappies.

No. What I'm saying is, on 2 of the map variations, IF it is a Rappy map, you will get 5 Rappys on that particular map.

Or more specifically, if it's an A-X map, there will only be 2 Rappys total, where as B-X and C-X variations will give you 5 Rappys total. So if you're gonna be restarting the mission for Rappys, you're probably only going to want to be running the B and C maps.

In two quick Scarred Planet runs before work just now, they where both Rappy maps. The Rappy map is very, very common on Scarred Planet.

I'd Say either Unsafe Passage on S2 (Fast and Easy with chances of S rank Alloys and Gems like Morbaina and Diads), Dancing Bird S (not sure but a rare map also gives a Chance at a Amure Tip) or Scarred Planet S (AotI run means easy rappy finds)

Unfortunately it was a while ago, but I can confirm that Rogue's Shortcut does have Rappies:

According to psupedia, all rare maps on demons above have either 7 or 8 rappies. I've never seen a rare map there, but I don't do many demons above runs, so it's something to consider.
