Lowest I've seen was 3/3 A rank gun type. Forgot what it was exactly.

someone mentioned they had a 0/2 crimson on the trade forums. it would take alot of luck (or just the opposite) to hit 0/0 as grinding to one is pretty much garanteed.

I bought a 0/0 Raygun for 8000 meseta. I didn't really notice until I went to do the guranteed 1/10 grind. >_>

My FTs final pallette will consist of 6 Psycho wands. Five of them will be grinded to 10 with the last one being 0/0. It will most likely take me until the end of the game to achieve this but for the last 3 seconds of the game it will be totally awesome. I tried to completely break a 30% dark Ank Tomho once and oddly enough it made it to 8 out of 10 on A+1s before it broke, and then it kept breaking until it reached 5/5.
