PSU: PM evolution [Archive]

i've heard about the evolution devices and i was wondering can i get offline, in the A.o.t.I version.

No.. they didn't include any evolution devices in AoI offline, except for PM Device ZERO. Which resets your PM to it's starting form with 0 in all stats. So it's more of a de-evolution device, but it's an evolution device none-the-less.
