I believe the board is in Clyez' synthesis shop, but I think you might need another two crowns, not to mention a whopping 20 Gra-photons in order to synth it.

The crown drops from it on any level. You'll likely have to do several runs at least to get 2 of them since the rate for it isn't too high. You'll easily be able to get 20 gra photons from the mission while you do so though http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
