Har / quick

since har / quicks are going to become so easy to obtain now i wanted to know if the loss of 100 TP is worth it or should i stick with me / quick how big is the difference coming from a me / quick.

Well, I think its what, 4 TP for one point of damage? Probably about 25 damage*tech multiplier then.

go har.the damage decrease is meh and the speed increase makes casting spells much more of an awesome experience.you will find yourself doing more effective damage and having more fun being able to reverser somebody the second they're frozen.har / quick is win.

at the rate har quicks will be dropping, people won't even look at you if you are packing a me quick

On my second run, got a Halarod board in a group, and as I was typing that what I really want is a Har / Quick to drop, I suddenly got that too. Rares on random FTW http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Remind me again why they had to rollback when rares are dropping like crazy now?

I hit about 60-80 damage less using a har quick and the speed really isn't that noticeful. Whenever I'm in buff parties using my har quick. It always seems like the me quick users are using har quicks as well.

Because they know characters like Tynselle Nbareh will be playing and that, the rare rate increase only means, that character might get a Har/Quick within a month or two. Otherwise, it'll drop maybe twice a year like Yellow Rappies appeared for her.

Or Zero times a year, if we're talking a DeRagan Tail.

The decrease in damage is really offset by the increase in casting speed. Good chance you'll either break even in DPS, or even go up ever so slightly. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I did some timed tests and if your using a tech mag you will NOT cast any faster with a har / quick then if you cast with a me / quick. It seems like the tech mags have a limited to how fast they can cast.
