AotI-PC/PS2: Habriao Forbidden District missions not there!?

Ok so from looking at the screen shot thread an other topics and figuring out what happened with the accidental release of a rear enemy mission, and not long after a rollback happened. And according to the main page on pso-world that all the character data was rolled back to 11pm on Thursday the 13th. Well when i found out about the rollback around like 1 o'clock pm California time the servers were down, so i checked again when i got back from class around 9:50pm and i wanted to do the new mission. But when I arrive at the correct lobby Saguraki C.D. and i when to the Habirao C.D mission counter and i selected "select mission" it came up with No missions avalible, but at the same time most of the other update stuff is there; like the casino update, lobbies, room styles/decorations, ect.

Now what I want to know is that is why did sega not put the new missions back up(Hill of Spores and Dancing Birds)?

You get to Habirao from Shikon Tanze Trail, not form Saguraki.

The first one is located in the shikon tanze route, at a new door

The extended Shikon Tanze lobby is where they start.
