Best rank to hunt feathers?

Now that I have secured my Goldania, what's the best rank and place to hunt Serafi Feathers?

Mid levels seem to work best (or so I heard), so try areas with 40-60 level enemies.

First run I got 2 X-Mas trees and 2 Rappy Feathers.

OK... I used the time last night to extensively research rappy noels. It took about 10 rappies before I got a serafi feather from level 40s and below... took closer to 20 rappies to get one in higher levels. Sooo it'll take more than one run, unless you're excessively RL lucky... since I'm not, I'll probably have to do non stop rappy runs for the duration of the holiday season to get any http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Personally, figure out the rare spawn for lightning beasts and spam C because you can easily blaze through while on higher difficulties it'll take a while.

P.S. I already made mine doing this, so yeah, it should work.

B-S I'm not sure that you would spot any on C though the odds are 0/1000

So, we're still pretty unsure about this? I need to hunt feathers now, since they're pretty expensive and I don't think the price will go down any time soon.

I'm doing c-runs pretty casually now, probably wont do any hardcore-nonstop-caffeine murder-dont bother me-I don't care if I failed calculus-oh well who needs college anyways-just leave me alone-I'll take the dog out later-runs till about a day before they go away, but until then plenty of time
