Ep2 Ch3 problems

Ok Ive been doing the story mode but i still cant get past ch3 because each time i get to the end of the first block part with the 2 delsabans and the gaozoran and every time I cant do any damage, and then 30 seconds later I get that message saying the servers may be undergoing maintainence but its been saying that for the last few weeks and I cant continue and get my PA frags =/

any suggestions?
