People keep saying there is, but i cant tell if there full of bull**** or not.

I keep seeing this person win like crazy. He says there is a pattern the roullete follows.

It's roulette. So the answer is no.

Can you change your mood? It's stretching the tables -_-

There Isn't a pattern. Guess on what to bet.

There are different mathematical equations that would help you win. One problem of using a standard mathematical equation that you would use in a normal game a roulette is that this is computer run and generated. There might be something in the program, but you'd have to figure that out.

Indeed, Algebra can lead you to a certain victory on the roulette, but nothing will be for sure. I mean, yes you can use combinatory to know, propably witch is the next number or color, but nothink will tell ya "ok, bet on the red and from 1-12" (unless you learn to hack of course)
I can do it, (math thing not hack!) and try to get a certain pattern, but i would need like thousen of hours spending there, looking how it actually works.

If you study for long enough and take notes, you might discover an anomaly...but i doubt it

As a math and computer science major, and from various reading of calculations of casino games, the odds of roulette are always, always in the favor of the casino/dealer mostly because of 0 and 00 (the latter of which PSU lacks) and the payouts match the odds. Long explanation short, it's a game of luck.

The trick to playing roulette is, don't.

We sell lotto tickets at work and this new 20$ ticket boasts "Better than 1 in 4 chance of winning". Someone bought 8 in a row for a net loss of 160$, and when people do win its usually for 20-25$. Point of the story: gamble - n. An act or undertaking of uncertain outcome; a risk, American Heritage Dictionary. Your best bet is to take your daily silver and invest it in the catilium market.

This is like saying you can find the math to it in a NORMAL casino.

Its not worth the time.

There is a pattern actually. It is not an awesome pattern that always guarantees a win, but it happens often enough to make a good profit over. There are two patterns actually. My friends and I bet with these patterns frequently with good profit over time. We also only play on the 360 servers.

The first pattern involves the color of the numbers. It is not uncommon for the Roulette wheel to repeat colors. Strings of three reds or three blacks are actually quite common if you watch the numbers and double colors are especially rampant like two reds then two blacks then two reds again. It is not a perfect pattern, but it does show up a lot. It is very uncommon for the wheel to not repeat colors, like one red, then one black, then one red and so on. The wheel likes to repeat colors so much you even see double zeros every now and then.

The second pattern involves the area bets 1-12, 13-24, and 25-36 which have 12 numbers each. Watch where the winning number lands. If the winning number lands within the first 6 spots of an area, then there is a good chance that the next number will be in that same area or the next one, going clockwise of course. If the winning number is in the last six of an area, then the chance is greater that the next winning number will be in the other two areas.

If you do not believe me, just watch the PSOWcam for 360. Right now the numbers are showing 2 reds, one black, 3 reds, one black, so you would of won 3 out of 7 if you only bet by colors. Then the numbers start with 7, so with area betting you want to bet in the other two areas and the winning number was 25 so that is one win. After 25 you want to bet in the same area and the next and the winning number turned out to be 30 so that is another win. After 30 was 29, then 7, then 7 again, then 16; one of those lost but the other three won. If you were betting with the area pattern you would of won 6 out of 7.

A little advice, do not use the color pattern to just bet red or black. The color pattern helps more for choosing individual numbers to bet on.

There's people still trying to find a pattern to a game based on luck?

lol?

That's wonderfully helpful. :3 I need to write this down.

Lol, your "patterns" are just another form of the classic gambler's fallacy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/gamblers_fallacy").

If you ever generate a large amount of random numbers, look and see how many sets of three even/odd or three high/middle/low you find.

Point being it ISN'T based on luck solely. Anyone whose spent any appreciable amount of time at the roulette wheel can see that it has patterns and often defies statistics in a way that suggests it's randomization is not even remotely close to real-life spin odds.
Bottom line, the wheel is not spinning truly random. It just isn't.
