Chapter 10 of what? The offline Story mode or the Online Story mode? And are you going to be playing exclusively offline, or online? Can't give you tips without more information.

First of all, Finish the Offline Story. Second, offline only has the Basic classes (Hunter, Ranger, Force) even in AotI, though they have tons of weapons that make them more than "basic". Third, to unlock stuff (new eapons, clothes, PAs) offline you have to play the story missions, which you will find on Guardian's 5th floor.

but if you use the classes to some point, you can get better classes, right?

Nope. Offline only has the Hunter, Ranger and Force. However they all have some overlap. I'll see If I can find a pic or table that shows what weapons each class can use OFfline.

Not in offline no. Online has all the classes, offline only has hunter ranger and force. Granted hunter ranger and force offline are all really godly classes.

Online costs US$9.99 a month.

BTW; What platform? Because you should be aware the 360 version doesn't have offline.
