what the success rate of a psycho wand w/out 1up

I am killing myself to find materials and I honestly don't know if I can find them all or even buy them all. So is the 1up bonuses that important because I would think that a 12 star item would have a high base rate. Thanks

i think it should be around 98-99% for psycho wand. Good luck finding the materials.
