If I got the Gothic Pink, could I present it to someone or not? I heard Decorations arent account locked (I dont know if thats even true), and if it is true I dont know if that mean tickets...
Anyone know before I waste 4 silvers?

It will be locked to your account only because it is a casino item, not because it's a deco.

Easiest way to find out would be to buy something at the Casino you personally want, then try to gift wrap it as a test. I don't see it working though, but hey, never know when there might be a loophole.
