I thought they hacked that spread needle offline.

It's also possible to get it off of Jigoboomas in A and S ranks offline.

Spreed needles are given to the top 500 in MAG.

I must run nonstop in MAG, though knowing ST they'll probably give everone something crappy and keep the spread needle jp only (soniti anyone?)
