Offline: Japanese Error when booting up.

I don't know where to put this. I've tried Sega's FAQ page, but they don't list a problem like this. I bought PSU off of E-bay, installed Direct X, the game, and when prompted, (after the first error,) I disabled all processes, restarted my computer, and tried it again with the same result.

This is really disappointing. I really wanted to play this game.

It says it's a Game Guard error; that it cannot connect to the update servers. It suggests that you check your firewall settings.
