What do u mean? It already drops on true Drakness S2. (boss boxes)

You can get this board even in the rank C EP3 story mission from Tylor (LV95).

Anyway, Sonic Team likes to put a set of same rank weapons/boards in different boss boxes and drop it randomly.

Oh, you must be playing offline. Well the 13* twin handguns can drop off grass assassans on S rank. They look like Guld Milla from PSO.

they drop on episode 3 chapter 2 but motherbrain drops grand cross

i heard that you have to quickly get the boxes and items, being sega, its hard to tell if they have it for certain bosses cuz i never found boxes in one of my runs ;_; >.>; how can i find the pso monsters? i have no idea lol

Try getting Twin Penitration for some twin handguns to open the boxes. Then just pick up any red items.

Back on topic, Serafi Daggers are good and good looking, Crea Doubles, Grand Cross is a twin version of the Blackheart so that's one too. Gudda Skela is a nice one as well.
