Not a single clue, but reading it sadly, makes me want to hunt for one.
I'm pretty curious myself.

Little storylines like this one, add a little more character to simple things. I dig that.

In online, it drops from the dark falz/force mission along with Flowen's sword, so there's probably a connection there.

Wasn't Flowen Red Ring Rico's Mentor or something?

I don't recall anything to the effect of "De Colte" in the PS games.

They also had a "relationship" but that's all that PSO tells you.

EDIT: Then of course there's the evil love child Endu.

French? Can't help you there.

It kinda seems like the flip side of the Sanzu-Hiken description. I like that they are adding a bit of side story into weapons and armors now.

I put "De Colte" into Google Translator. The french translation gave me "From Colte". Is there anyone in the PS series named Colte?

I don't recall anything in the previous PS's or PSO's which could relate to that. Might have something to do with PSU's history that just hasn't been revealed yet. *shrug*

Yes, something like that. When he disappeared, she went to look for him.

He didn't go missing though. He died. At least, that's what everyone was told. That happened while Pioneer 2 was still in transport to Ragol. Rico went out searching for what happened to the people of Pioneer 1 after the explosion. She was the lone survivor, saved for the purpose of fusing with Dark Falz to serve as his copporeal anchor and focus for his power. He consumed the souls of the rest of Pioneer 1. You can see their faces in floor of the boss battle during his first and second form.

Could also be "Of Colte," but I'm guessing it's just a name.

Actually, all "de" means in French is "of". The google translation of "De" as "from" is actually because of old French names and better understanding. Immigrant families that came to France a long time ago and became official communtiy members would have their foreign last names changed to "De Whatever-town-they-are-from". It should literally be translated as "Somebody of Colte", but to better get the point across that Colte is a place google translated it as "Somebody from Colte".

So there you have it:

Literal Translaion- "of Colte"
More understandable translation- "from Colte"

My guess is that they tried to come up with some sort of fancy phrase to put on the armor to make it sound cool. But that's just me XD
