whats a good mission to power lvl a lowbie (ie 10-20) without the expansion

I find the Hive levels are always pretty fast at leveling low characters

I ran a lot of Mad Creatures missions on Parum. There are a lot of safe spots throughout the mission where the creatures can't hit you.
