What can I get for this Item? Meseta and item wise? I was grinding it and fail at 9/10 so its now 1/9. I know I can't get the impossible stuff so I know not to expect it. So what can I get

Depends on the %, you can get like over 1 mil for it though.

I believe it has about 30% or more. I would have to double check it.

Ow, it broke on the last grind. My 5/10 25% got me a Shato, 1 mil meseta, and I think there was something else too... er... no, I think just that. My 7/10 I wouldn't trade for anything short of something like a 40+% Dagger of/Halp Serafi. (Not saying its worth that much, just that I like it that much)
