It's not gacha like gotcha. Gacha is the name of the little toy vending machines in Japan.

edit: I'm pretty sure they disabled them on the 360. Sonic team has to send a stupid petition or something to microsoft to ask if they are allowed to fix it -_-. It was fixed on PC/PS2 though I think.

actually i started LAUGHING when i went to a store and i was messing with some coin machine and i looked at the name and it says "GACHA MACHINE" XD lol

No. The PS2/PC servers had theirs fixed, but ours were simply disabled until the patch goes through the certification process.
