PSU: glitch with mother brain update

So I thought the update for mother brain was suppose to be today, idk if any one else is having the same problem as me, but when i go to the coast and try to go into the central command it keeps telling me that there isn't any quests, i'm just confused, am i in the right area?

Maybe you have to get to them from the AMf area, over by the GRM shop. I think that's what I read somewhere. Try doing those few missions if there are any over there, it could be waaay out in the middle of nowhere in a lobby, like some of the neudaiz ones.
