I'd hold onto it until it's actually used for synthesizing. I'm sure the price will go up.

For now though I'd just suggest going to Search for a Shop -> Search by Condition, type in Chronoseline and then sort by price. I'm sure the price will vary from the two servers, too.

Thanks. I was thinking about holding on to it for a little while cause I think thats its going to be used to make new 15* weapons.
