if I were to put up a 42% Vish Adan for trade, think anyone would give me a Dedda for it? I'd be willing to settle for a lower %, maybe 20% min.

I highly doubt it, although you may get lucky. FYI Ank Dedda will be a drop during Maximum Attack G. I'm not sure how the drops will be during it, but if it's anything like 1UP or Firebreak, if you want it bad enough you will eventually get it.
