ya! There has been many cases that those who put on the Rappy Suit never take it off!

Also, Sentient Rappies (people who wear Rappy Suit), have the unique ability of the "cheep cheep" sounds they make with their footsteps; reasonable proof that they are a new species in themselves! The costumes are cute for awhile, but sometimes it's hard to tell what exactly is under the suit. I wish comic-costumes like the MIKO set and Rappy outfit were more race-specific. MIKO only really suits Newmans anyway, and Rappy... I'd give that to Beasts or Casts, your choice.

On topic, though... I disagree because most of the beings I've come across with that appearance were far from sentient.

During the 1-UP Cup, I actually saw a tiny CAST Rappy who named himself "AL RAPPY" ... the guy didn't seem to know what small caps were, but he was actually pretty hilarious to watch, considering the weapons he used. "I KNOW RAPPY FU!" and such.

Those rappy daggers would be perfect for him.
