Basiclly, you give it an item, and based on the NPC sell value of said item, you have a chance of getting something it return. Currently on US servers, theres only the basic Miko set and Mirei picture available.

Where is this located? I've never found it of course I've never gone looking for it either...

cas-miko is available too, but you can prolly buy the outfits from players fairly cheap atm

Mimic Dolls are acquired through failing higher-rank synths. Only method, I believe; feel free to disprove me though.

i beleive u get it from failing a certain type of weapon...

like depending on the manufacturer u would get either a gnome, that ugly doll, or a mimic doll
