they hate it because it is too powerful. enemies die before people have a chance to hit it, and if they do land a hit, thats all they get. i like to play my game thank you. it is a cheap PA that takes no skill to pwn with. while i think that taking 250% drop rates off for the party of the slicer user is harsh and rather stupid, Chikki and Majarra needs major nerfing. plus people don;t use other wepons. FYI The "-250% drop rate" and the pic in the OP is a photoshoped fake. ST are not doing any such thing..
They did adjust slicers to re-balance things so it's not so damn powerful, and adjusted it's PA, but not as the *fake* pic says.... *face palm*

I remember seeing some major solo runs which were way too fast, but didn't have chikki or majarra. Maybe a slight nerf, but I'd prefer not(chikki), I can't say the same about majarra. I've only seen that one once.

Chikki sucks for anything that isn't large groups of enemies anyway.
