Confused with this technic video...

I thought PA's received cosmetic/major stat changes at 21, 31, 41, etc. This video says its for levels 30, 40, and 50. Is it supposed to be level 31, 41, and 51?

I'm confused :/

1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50. They could have said 21+, 31+ and 41+, but they chose 30, 40, 50. Same thing.

Figured out something, comparing these two videos:

On the first one, check the 3 RAmegids, they would be levels 30, 40 and 50.

The first video's lvl 40 RAmegid looks exactly like the second video's lvl 36 RAmegid, so, yeah, there are only 5 animations per Technique.

Guess it won't take me that long to get the "ultimate" animation for my techs, I would've figured this out sooner if I had any non GItech leveled up to 21+, or if that person would've made a GItech video.
