level 41+ techs when?

Probley when the new classes come out, which wont be anytime soon for the US server :/

Level 41+ PAs are achievable in the AotI expansion pack offline, but whenever Sega decides to make them available online is still far off on the horizon from my understanding (In theory, they'd either have to first update the classes or introduce the new ones).
