PSU-PS2: "Just Attack" and "Just Counter"

I JUST got the expansion two days ago, and I've tried finding this out, but no luck.

1.
Does "Just Counter", while using a Photon Art, give EXP to the art?

2.
And since "Just Attack" seems to re-gain my PP more when I use standard attack, does "Just Attack" boost the EXP of my Photon Art more? Or does it just critical?

Out of curiosity =/

All hits gain the same amount of xp no matter what, as far as anyone knows.
