PSU-PC/PS2: question on raising PMs

i had no trouble raising a PM to 100 ranged but idunno anything about 100 striking or 100 defense what is the most effective way to do either of these?

Kouze Shoes are excellent for raising an armor partner machine. They're 2000 Meseta each and give +22 to armor.

A striking PM can be a little more difficult. You can give it food and recovery items, but this will increase striking as well as TECHNIC. To counter this, before its TECHNIC stat gets too close to 100, feed your PM some striking weapons. This will continue to increase its strike stat while taking TECHNIC down a bit.
